Tom Finke is the Chairman and CEO of Adara Acqusition Corporation (NYS:ADRA) and is also a Director of Invesco Ltd (NYSE: IVZ), a global investment firm headquartered in Atlanta. Prior to Adara, Tom was the Chairman and CEO of Barings LLC, growing its assets under management to over $350 billion prior to his retirement in 2020.
In addition to his corporate board roles, Tom is the Chairman of the Board of Charlotte Center City Partners; a member of the Board of Trustees of Davidson College; a member of the Board of Visitors of the Fuqua School of Business; and a Director of the National Math and Science Initiative. Tom earned a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
